SUP

The date of the 15th annual 2012 East Coast SUP and Paddle Board Championships has been changed to Saturday July 28th. This stand alone event will be an end of the summer paddleboard festival. The date change was to support both the lifeguards who traditionally have July 4th weekend as their busiest and the many people who travel . Hotels prices will be cheaper, travel easier that time of summer. We hope we did not inconvenience any one. This is the premier event on the east coast and will be the last race last point qualifier on the east coast for the world SUP title, invitations will be on the line.
This year we will also have our first War Between the States Paddle- A state VS sate team relay after the ECPC. Hope to see you there!

The 2012 East Coast Paddle Board and SUP Championships take place at Ponce Inlet, FL, on the 28th of July. The competition takes place at Racing's North Turn. This is an event which gathers the best SUP athletes from the East coast and from around the US. The East Coast Paddle Board and SUP Championships represent one of the oldest and oldest continuous race on the East Coast.

The winner of the East Coast Paddle Board and SUP Championships will receive the Tom Blake Award. Other awards: fastest combined times for both SUP and paddlebaording of Florida State PC and Key West Classic and ECPC.

The competition is open to Paddleboards, SUPs, surfskis and outriggers. There are no age groups, and the top placements in each class will be awarded with a trophy.
